Union City’s Law Day

The Law Office of Lloyd E. Bennett, Esq. P.C. is committed to supporting the rights of immigrants within our community. For this reason, we were excited to attend this event again this year and have our very own associate Alexander Mena on the immigration panel. 

Union City Law Day is hosted annually, in conjunction with State Senator and Union City Mayor Brian Stack, the Hispanic Bar Association of New Jersey, the Hudson County Bar Association, and the Office of the Public Defender, amongst others. The main part of Union City’s Free Law Day event took place in the Union City High School Gymnasium, where attendees had the opportunity to speak one-on-one with attorneys who are experts in different legal fields. In order to meet the needs of the majority Spanish-speaking population, attendees had access to bilingual attorneys and translators throughout the event. We look forward to participating in this event in the years to come.
