Joan Duffy joined the firm in October of 2002. She is a 2001 graduate of Seton Hall University School of Law in Newark, N.J. She received a Bachelor of Arts degree in English Literature from Hamilton College. Before joining the firm, Joan worked in NYC at a busy law firm concentrating in Immigration Law. She also interned at the Seton Hall School of Law Immigration and Human Rights Clinic, and worked for the International Human Rights Law Institute in Chicago, Illinois.

She is an active member of:

• The American Immigration Lawyers Association
• New Jersey Bar Association
