New Jersey Workers' Compensation Lawyer
Let us help collect the compensation you deserve
When you’re injured on the job you must immediately report the accident
to your employer and receive appropriate medical treatment for your injuries.
New Jersey law requires the employer or its workers compensation insurance
company to immediately authorize and pay for your medical care.
If you have been injured on the job you may also be entitled to a cash
settlement for your injuries. The employer and its workers compensation carrier
will not voluntarily pay you for your injuries. Its critical to hire an experience workers compensation
lawyer in New Jersey shortly after any New Jersey work related accident
to collect the compensation you deserve and protect your legal rights.
My staff and I will personally help you report the accident if necessary
and obtain authorization for the medical care so that you can get back
to work as quickly as possible. We will also collect the maximum compensation
you’re entitled to by filing a claim with the
New Jersey Division of Workers Compensation. We have helped tens of thousands of clients since 1987 and collected tens
of millions of dollars for our injured clients.

We Don't Get Paid Unless You Win
In New Jersey, the legal fee for a workers compensation case is a total
of 20% of the recovery—however, only about 8% of this is paid by
the injured worker. The remaining 12% is paid by the workers compensation
insurance carrier and does not affect the award at the end of the case.
The fees are always set by the Workers Compensation Judge at the end of
the case not by the lawyer. At The Law Offices of Lloyd E. Bennett, Esq., P.C.,
we do not collect attorney fees unless you are awarded money. When it comes to our clients, we will obtain the maximum compensation possible.
You may be able to receive compensation for the following:
- Costs for medical treatment
- Lost wages
- Out-of-pocket expenses such as prescriptions and medical equipment
- Compensation for your permanent injuries
