Attorney Lloyd E. Bennett founded his immigration law firm in 1987, being a third generation family of attorneys. About Our Staff
Attorney Lloyd E. Bennett is a 1987 graduate of Seton Hall University School of Law in Newark, N.J. He also received a Bachelor of Arts degree from Ithaca College in 1984. He is the third generation of attorneys in his family practicing law in New Jersey. His grandfather and father were well respected lawyers in the community they served.
Lloyd is licensed to practice law in New Jersey and in the Federal Courts through the United States and is an active member of:

Lloyd was recently recognized by his peers and included in the list of Super Lawyers in 2008,2009 & 2010. He is actively involved on the board of the New Jersey Chapter of the American Immigration Lawyers Association ands is currently the vice-chair. Lloyd speaks to various civic organizations about immigration issues and is a frequent contributor of immigration information to local magazines and newspapers in Hudson County, N.J. He frequently fights for comprehensive immigration reform in Washington, D.C., where he lobbies for change on behalf of the American Immigration Lawyers Association with the Representatives from New Jersey.
Attorney Max Herrera: Max was admitted to the New Jersey bar after graduating from Villanova University Law Svhool in 2002. He concentrates his practice in the area of immigration and naturalization law. He is well versed in a broad range of family and employment based immigrant and nonimmigrant petitions. Max routinely appears before immigration officers, deportation officers and Judges on behalf of the firm's clients and has obtained immigration benefits for many clients of the firm.
