Attorney Lloyd E. Bennett founded his law firm in 1987, being a third generation family of attorneys. About Our Staff
Attorney Lloyd E. Bennett is a 1987 graduate of Seton Hall University School of Law in Newark, N.J. He also received a Bachelor of Arts degree from Ithaca College in 1984. He is the third generation of attorneys in his family practicing law in New Jersey. His grandfather and father were well respected attorneys in the community they served.

Attorney Bennett is an experienced personal injury attorney. He has recovered millions of dollars for his injured clients. Lloyd has always worked for the injured and never the insurance companies. Lloyd has received recognition in the list of Super Lawyers in 2008, 2009 and 2010. He is also actively involved on the board of the New Jersey Chapter of the American Immigration Lawyers Association and is currently the vice-chair. For the past several years he has taken the fight for comprehensive immigration reform to Washington, D.C. where he lobbied for change on behalf of the American Immigration Lawyers Association along with the Representatives from New Jersey.
Attorney Max Herrera graduated from Villanova Law School in 2002 and is a member of the NJ bar since 2006. He has several years of experience working on legal cases and is well versed in a courtroom setting. Along with our legal staff consisting of 3 highly trained paralegals, our office has the resources to provide our clients the attention and knowledge they need to properly present their claim.
